Rentals and house fees are all inclusive starting at $1,000 - $1,500 per month depending on the condition of the house and the size of the King or Queen Bedroom Space. We normally select the best neighborhoods in the city. See a servant leader for details.

Most basic level tlp programs are very cheap for a reason. They are designed as a temporary fix to a client's homeless problem, not a permanent solution. Basic TLP Programs are for only 3 months ( 90 ) days, and if you are compliant you go on a month to month service. ( this helps you to save, not to sustain ) So rental fees are as low as $300 - $400 per month. Not including transportation. However, when it comes to real world numbers, your next level living must meet your community's living standards. Which are much higher. The average rent by 2026 standards is $1,413 - $1,452 if you live in a small city like Columbus, Georgia. If you add all of your living expenses plus transportation, gas, insurance etc. You will end up paying approximately $2,670 (+). And this is just for a single person. The average family of (4) up to $5,880. This is by far just one reason why you should strongly consider joining the Next Living TLP Program. Average living expenses $1,250 ALL INCLUSIVE. Price may vary depend on market fluctuation.

Next Level TLP starts as a (24) month undergraduate program for new clients, and upon graduation, clients are given the option to request an extension to enter the graduate program for a total of (48) months for single men and women. Married couples with children up to 12 years of age will be under the supervision of The Palace Program.

Clean and safe environment including; Complete Bedroom Set, Smart t.v., refrigerator, office desk, valet laundry service ( wash. dry and fold ), Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner served daily, comfortable transportation to and from work, weekly classes and workshops, an escrow savings account, counseling and professional support with 24 hr on site video camera security. Next Level TLP is the Graduate Level of Re-Entry and pre-qualification ensures your success. We screen future clients through a referral system of counselors and leaders nationwide. 

All clients are referred by basic TLP Programs and halfway houses for a potential placement in the Next Level TLP Program in your area. 

We encourage small married families with (2) children up to 12 years of age. For larger families we have added resources that may be able to place your family in a safe environment with the right support needed. See a servant leader for details.

There are No Curfews for Kings and Queens in the Graduate Program. Curfew for undergraduates are; Monday - Fridays: 6am - 9pm, Saturday and Sundays: 6am-11pm. 

We TRUST all the clients in the program to use their common sense, and be respectful at 

all times to the needs and spaces of everyone in the program. However, all houses are supervised 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. See servant leader for details.

Church services will start with our home church to be announced coming soon. and branch out to affiliated churches throughout major metro areas.

Next Level TLP clients will have the option to schedule transportation service for $250 per month or vehicle rental for $500 per month. See a servant leader for details.

Next Level TLP will have its own transit authority. Company commercial vehicles will be used for daily transports to and from work at an extra cost. Plus, monthly car subscriptions for clients in the program who need cars to utilize for personal use outside of work. See servant leader for details.

All the Kings and Queens Houses are fully furnished before their first day of arrival.

Children up to 12 years of age are accepted in the Next Level TLP Program with parental guidance.

Our list of resources consist of; Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, Professional Evaluations, Comprehensive Background Checks, Medical, GED, Family Services, Dress to Impress, Nutritional, Domestic Violence, Rental Assistance and Transportation.
